Free Ice Cream from Ben & Jerry’s!
The ultimate community relations example. In an effort to increase public awareness of their product and to thank loyal customers, Ben and Jerry's gave away free cones! (Makes you wish for one in Logan!) They introduced several new flavors some inspired by TV celebrities like Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon. Their website had embedded links sending users to their new flavors list as well as a list of the "favorites".
