Distracted Driving


This study conducted by SmartDrive, was to monitor the driving habits of commercial fleet drivers. It found that they were distracted 67% of the time! I knew that phone use was prevalent in the average driver but I didn't consider it with commercial drivers. With this study SmartDrive systems opened the public's eyes to this problem and should have shown an increase in sales because of it. This shows how surveys can help out a PR campaign.
