Even a Good Spokesperson Can't Save a Crappy Product
This article couldn't have been more spot on. How many times have we seen a company try to slap a celebrity on their product to increase sales? Too many to count. Though Kim Kardashian is one of the worlds most beautiful women even she can't pull sales out of nowhere. There has to be more to a campaign then just the spokesperson. Those who jumped on the shape up bandwagon are regretting their decisions now. Perhaps if the makers had listened to their audience they would have known that fitness shoes cannot make a person healthy and they certainly require more than just wearing them to notice a weight loss. And the beauty of the design is also a huge factor, no one wants to look like they are wearing a giant rocker on their feet.
